(13) We bought Wee Hamish today and he has enjoyed a day out along the coast road to Mallaig. We are now back at the holiday home in Fort William where he is watching a bit of TV before bed. He is looking forward to his new life in Dorset when we return after our holiday. Sue and John

Hi there,

I bought "Wee Mhari" on the 20th of June and returned to Sheffield on the 21st from Fort Augustus. Two days and 427 miles later we arrived, with a grumpy "Wee Mhari"
Hardly surprising really, she has now settled in and enjoys our conservatory, when its not too hot and is getting to know all her new friends

I have a Duncan Bear whom I obtained in December 2006 and at whom I gaze admiringly each time I am at the computer. Two things intrigue me:-
1. My Duncan looks very different from the Duncan Bear you now advertise and wonder why this is so.
2. The prices advertised for your large bears seem to vary from £145 to £195 and I wonder what is the reason for the variation.

Hi John

We are glad to hear you are enjoying Duncan`s company.

I think there is a couple of things that make the Duncan on our new website look different,
the main one is that he now has a cap and Morven now uses slightly larger eyes on our large bears.
The bear pattern is the same and the clothes are the same though you might find for example that your Duncan has the inside lapels of his jacket the same tweed as his trousers.

The reason for the price difference between bears is just down to the amount of work involved with
making the clothes and the materials involved.

There is a bit of unbalance in the prices at the moment with some bears priced a bit low for what they are wearing and we will have to sort that soon. We have been putting off changing our prices for the last few years but the price of tweed has risen sharply for us so unfortunately we must.

Thank you for comment we always like feedback and as I say glad you liked your bear.

Hi there,

Aye, it's quite some time ago that we've seen each other.

Likely you won't remember us. That's okay, we're still remembering you. wink And we're most delighted to see that you're still there! smile

We cannot promise a visit in near future, but we're working on it.

Until then, all the best to you from all of us (3 Wee Jocks, 2 Hamishs and Angus), and keep it up!

Bye the noo!

With lots of hearty greetings from Sauerkrautland,

Kerri & Fred Sauer

P.S.: How are Alex and Cass doing These days? Are you still in contact? If so, please give them our greeting, too. Thanks!
